1. Research

The first step was to understand what the user really with the service before redesigning the app. For that, a focus group was conducted with questions that led to the right insights that helped to define the main features that would be worked.

3. Research consolidation

The research consolidation helped to bring the first insights to understand the user needs and what they expect of the product and service. A document was created to list big and small points that impacts the user perception and this way, improve what was failed on the current app.

4. Wireframe Analysis

The client already had a wireframe with its assumptions but was recommended a new structure based on Focus Group research to design the new app. Also, the wireframe had not any indication of navigation or features to guide the developers during the coding process.

5. User Flow

It was important to provide a clear as possible the material to guide the developer's team, as the navigation mechanics and what will be implemented on the new project. I made all wireframe structures keeping some screens that were based on the business core present in the current app.

6. Wireframes

The wireframe brings all features present on the current app but focusing on offers and promotions, to services and products, geolocation and social proof, to maximize the user engagement. Also, the new idea is to keep a simple language to create an emotional connexion with the user.

7. Learnings

The learning during this project confirms how's important to talk with users to gather feedback and insights. I felt very comfortable to take decisions based on the research, cause I really knew what the user expects of this product. Also, we have an understanding of the client to invest time and money in research to bring value to the user and the company.
